Why we left Etsy

We genuinely appreciated our time on Etsy. For many years, it was a wonderful platform that helped introduce our handmade fur accessories to a broader audience. But one day, our shop was unexpectedly closed — simply because it was registered in Russia. No warning, no violations, just a sudden disconnection from the loyal community we had built.

This made it clear: we could no longer rely on external platforms to preserve the legacy and values of our work.

In truth, Arctic Store had been our main brand long before Etsy. So instead of starting over, we simply brought everything back home — reconnecting our satellite stores and accounts with our mother company here in Russia.
